We live in a busy 24/7 world. That can be good and not so good. The other day I got to work and realized I forgot my cell phone. Now it's not the end of the world. I actually felt free for several hours. So it got me thinking about what frees up your time.

Do You Know How to Say No?

It's so easy to want your calendar to be packed with activities. Sometimes you have to say no, I just can't make it to that party, or meeting. Take a rain check, and offer up another time to get together.

Are You a List Maker?

My doctor told me years ago you don't need to cross off everything on your list. Start with what you can get done, and leave the rest for later.

Do You Have a Big Yard?

Hire a gardner to help with mowing the grass, or blowing out all those unwanted leaves. That will free up some time to enjoy the things you like.

Make sure to carve out some time just for yourself. Get a haircut, massage, or take that needed walk. Whatever you can do to free up some of those daily commitments we all have. Thanks for taking the time to read through this.

What Frees Up your Time Montrose?
