The Denver Trolley began taking trips across parts of Denver, Colorado on July 4, 1989, hitting various stops along the way from Confluence Park to Mile High Stadium.

The trolley may look vintage, but it's actually a replica of a Brill open streetcar from 1903 that was built as recently as 1986.

While the trolley has only been running since the late 1980s, the city of Denver is not new to trolley transportation as in the 1920s there were several of these cars that took sightseers on tours of the city.

Today, the trolley takes a route that brings riders to places like Elitch Gardens, the Downtown Aquarium, the Children's Museum, and of course, Mile High Stadium.

In addition, the price to take the trolley from Confluence Park to Mile High Stadium to catch a Denver Broncos home game is a mere $7 one way, while round-trip tickets are just $10.

Those who wish to take the trolley to Mile High Stadium can catch it at 1400 Platte Street behind the REI store as well as a block off of the famous 16th Street Mall on 15th Street and enjoy a guided tour before the game.
