#4 Steamboat Springs, Colorado
It turns out, lendingtree.com has the community of Steamboat Springs in 4th place on the list. The town is home to around 24,900 residents. The median home value in Steamboat Springs is about $691,800. The median household income is around $95,100. Steamboat’s sister city could be San Diego, where the median home price is at $725,200.

#20 Montrose, Colorado
Just down Highway 50, the town of Montrose shows up on the lendingtree.com list in 20th place. Montrose is the largest town on the list with about 47,600 residents. The median home value in Montrose is $338,000 according to lendingtree.com. The median household income in Montrose is $65,000. When it comes to comparable home values, Montrose and Minneapolis run neck and neck with homes up North costing around $334,200.
