Windsor Police Searching for Drive-By Shooting Suspect
The Town of Windsor, Colorado, has issued a public safety message on Thursday evening as the Windsor Police Department is searching for a suspect in a drive-by shooting.
The incident took place at approximately 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 28. in the 600 block of Gryfalcon Drive. Windsor Police responded to the call of shots fired and witnesses reported that someone in a pickup fired 4-7 rounds at a building in the area. At this time, no injuries have been reported due to the incident.
The suspect has been identified as Kyle Bertsch. Bertsch is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, approximately 195 lbs, with red hair, and brown eyes. Bertsch was last seen driving a maroon 2017 Ford F-350 pickup truck with Colorado license plate ARD-833.
Citizens in Colorado are being urged to avoid making contact with Kyle Bertsch if he is seen and to call 911 immediately. The suspect, Kyle Bertsch, is considered to be armed and dangerous.
