Experience Coffee With a View: Estes Park’s Café That Feels Like Home in Nature
Stepping Out of My Comfort Zone
Over the past few weeks, I've been on a mission to get out of my comfort zone and explore new places.
I'm a bit of a homebody, so I'll go to work and then head back to my apartment.
If given the opportunity to stay at home and hang out with my cats in sweatpants, I'll take it over going out any day of the week.

Injecting Whimsy into Daily Life
So, this year I'm trying to inject some whimsy into my routine. The easiest way for me to get out and do that is by checking out coffee shops around Northern Colorado.
My most recent find took me to Estes Park.

The Bird's Nest Experience in Estes: A Must-Visit
It's called Bird's Nest and it's not just coffee that they serve up either. They have a café, a bakery, and some really good-looking pizzas.
The place has two floors, and when you walk upstairs, there's this perch area that literally makes you feel like you're sitting in a bird's nest.

And they have these floor to ceiling windows that give you a gorgeous view of Estes.
It had just snowed, so it looked like something straight out of a Hallmark movie.
The Bird's Nest is open daily, with doors opening at 6:00 AM.
I highly recommend the Bird's Nest.
A Must-Visit Destination in Estes Park
During my first visit, I grabbed something pretty simple, a cup of loose-leaf tea. Next time I drop into this gorgeous space, I'll definitely start seriously considering some of the other menu items.
The next time you make a trip out to Estes Park, make sure to drop in to this one-of-a-kind space and grab yourself a little treat.
