Loveland, Colorado ranked as the fourth best place to retire in the state of Colorado. With a population of 77,194 and a median monthly rent of $1,447, RoadSnacks says this is a prime place to be after you leave working life behind to enjoy your golden years.

Windsor, Colorado ranked as the top town to retire in the state of Colorado. Windsor's population has grown over 50 percent in the past decade with neighborhoods such as Water Valley and RainDance. The average rent in Windsor is approximately $1,500 according to RoadSnacks.

Windsor also has numerous golf courses, recreation, and retail locations for retirees to visit on any given day. There is also golf cart culture in Windsor. While golf carts may not be rolling down Main Street, you can find them cruising throughout Water Valley and RainDance on a daily basis.
